Also, include if you've ever owned a Show, Obedience or pet border collie, what you're looking for such as gender, color, plans for the pup, housing situation/fence height, any others animals & their gender/age.
If you have children, include how many & their ages. How many hours the pup will have to be left alone each day.
If you have ever titled any dog in any event, or have any dog training experience.
This doesn't mean you will get a pup but it helps me get to know prospective buyers better
